Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• All clients must be 18 years of age or older and may be required to provide satisfactory proof of age.
• You confirm that you are legally permitted to purchase and participate in the services available in your jurisdiction.

2. Services

Services may include:

• Private in-person sessions
• Online or virtual sessions
• Bespoke/custom content
• Digital media and other personalised offerings
• Other services expressly agreed upon in writing

The exact nature, duration, price, and boundaries of a booking will be agreed before the appointment or order is confirmed.

Any activity outside the agreed scope of a booking requires my explicit agreement. Consent and boundaries are respected at all times.

3. Booking & Payment

• A booking is not confirmed until the required payment or deposit has been received and confirmation has been provided.
• Prices are communicated before purchase. Additional requests, extended sessions, or additional bespoke work may incur additional charges, which will be agreed before proceeding.
• Payments are non-refundable except where these Terms expressly provide otherwise or where applicable law requires a refund.
• I reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking at my discretion.

4. In-Person Sessions

• Clients must arrive on time and at the agreed location.
• Late arrival does not automatically extend the scheduled session. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally agreed time.
• Clients must behave respectfully and follow all agreed boundaries and instructions. Any threatening, abusive, discriminatory, intoxicated, or otherwise inappropriate behaviour will result in the immediate termination of the session without refund.
• No photography, filming, audio recording, livestreaming, or other recording is permitted unless expressly authorised in advance.

5. Online & Virtual Sessions

• Virtual sessions require the client to have suitable equipment, connectivity, and a private environment.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your own devices, accounts, and communications.
• Recording, screen capture, redistribution, publication, or sharing of any virtual session or material is strictly prohibited without express written permission.

6. Custom Content & Media

• Custom content is personally created specifically for the individual client and will require payment in full before production begins.
• Because bespoke work is created to a client's specifications, cancellations or refunds may not be available once production has commenced, subject to applicable consumer law.
• Custom content remains my intellectual property unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
• You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, publish, upload, commercialise, or otherwise share purchased content without my expressed written permission.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

• Client privacy is treated as a priority and discretion is paramount.
• Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable data-protection legislation and my privacy policy.
• Clients must likewise respect my privacy and must not disclose my private address, personal contact details, identity information, schedules, or other confidential information without my expressed permission.

8. Consent & Boundaries

• All sessions operate on the basis of informed, voluntary participation and clearly established boundaries.
• Either party may stop or modify an activity at any time.
• A booking or payment does not constitute blanket consent to any particular activity, and no client is entitled to demand an activity that has not been agreed.

9. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Unless otherwise stated:

• Requests to reschedule are subject to availability.
• Failure to attend: payment may be forfeited.
• If I need to cancel a booking, I will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative date or appropriate refund, as applicable.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following are prohibited:

• Harassment, threats, intimidation, or abuse
• Unauthorised recording or distribution
• Attempts to obtain private personal information
• Sharing private communications or identifying information without permission
• Arriving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Fraudulent payments or chargebacks made in bad faith
• Attempts to circumvent agreed prices or booking procedures
• Any unlawful activity

A violation will result in immediate cancellation of services and refusal of future bookings.

11. Content & Intellectual Property

• All photographs, videos, written material, branding, audio, digital content, and other creative works produced by Mistress Coramina remain the property of Mistress Coramina unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
• Purchasing access to content does not transfer ownership or copyright.

12. Liability

• Clients participate in services voluntarily and are responsible for providing accurate information relevant to their booking.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

13. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The version applicable to a booking will be the version in effect when that booking is confirmed, unless otherwise required by law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of The United Kingdom, subject to any mandatory rights and protections provided to consumers under applicable law.

15. Acceptance

By submitting a booking request, making payment, purchasing content, or participating in a session, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
